One sided RDP Connection, I want two way connection

Hi all there

When I ping an IP from my local system it gives positive response and I connect to that system through RDP, but when I ping my local IP from that remote system it gives me Request Timeout Error. Why is it so. I have googled this problem but couldn't found any reasonable solution. Thanks in advance.
