How do I deploy a visual studio project with mysql database

hello , I developed a windows form application using mysql database on phpmyadmin , to run the application I must open xampp otherwise the application won't work, but is there a way to deploy the project on client's pc without him having xampp installed ?

What I have tried:

I have searched in google for solution but all I found is how to deploy the project but without mysql database

Database servers are not distributable. If an app needs a database then choose one that can be deployed with the app, not something that needs services installed.
