i have created a simple app (beginner) and its working well after debuging i found out that my app has the default windows exe icon, please can you help me to change it,

You change it in the Resource settings of your application. Double click on the resource file in Solution Explorer (the one with the .rc extension) and the resource editor will open. This allows you to create your own or import existing icons.

Which version of Visual Studio are you using, and how did you create the application? I just did it in VS2019 and it works fine.

Am using visual Studio 2019 community edition . My project is using clr forms.Net framework.

I have not used CLR forms so it may be different. If you right click on the project and select "Settings" you should find the place where you can change the icon.
