How to make a digital remote controller for my radio rc car?

The remote of my rc car is lost.
Now I wants to make a remote in my android mobile without using bluetooth,the car should be controlled by radio waves only.
Can we do that___is there any way you may help us????

What I have tried:

I colleted information from google and seen a numner of videos on youtube.

No, you can't. Your phone doesn't generate the right frequency radio signals to control your RC car.

Just buy a new controller - I'm sure you can get one relatively cheap on FleaBay / Amazon, and it'll be a lot quicker to get the car moving!

Unless the receiver is specially crafted to work with your smart phone, you are in for a lot of trouble.
The easiest would be to find another controler, but even this would not be easy as manufacturer don't want 1 controller to control every RC around, controller is paired with receiver. it is no obvious that you will be able to pair them.
