I m going for automated finger print athuntication system, i have problem in matching of minutae behaviour, and also how matlab will intract with .net framework...

The internet abounds with information on how to use matlab with .NET. Here[^].

For the rest, how you match fingerprints seems like a common topic in this forum right now, but the answer is always the same. You need to buy some books on image processing. It's a far too big topic to be covered in a forum reply, esp when your starting point is not to ask a specific question.
