tutorial for inserting data using JPA

i have a table tblEmp, tblEmp_Proj and tblProject... tblEmp_Proj is link table of tblEmp and tblProject... i have some data in the tblProject... and i want to insert into tblEmp and tblEmp_Proj at one time using Java Persistence API provider is eclipse link... if u hav sample project or tutorial for this, pls share me...
