I would like to know whether oracle has datetime datatype.I only see Date Datatype. Please help me to know...

This is really a shame that the data type DATE has this most misleading name. In fact, it is time, or, if you will date-time (which would be more traditional, but still ugly, because date-time is still time). To make sure it is the case, it's enough to see the documentation:
