Create multiple virtual directories in one setup

I'm new to creating setups.

I've a website which needs 3 other website to run. so i've created a msi with web custom folder it is creating the virtual directories fine. But, my need is I need to give the virtual directory names for all websites when I install the set up.

Anyone can help me pls. give a sample for that.
