you can use javascript window.showModalDialog function. It will show any web page in a modal window. i.e
JavaScript
var winSettings = "center:yes;resizable:no;dialogHeight:300px";
var myArgs = null;
window.showModalDialog("http://www.google.com", myArgs, winSettings);

Note: Just remember that cross browser issue is there.

I found Major browsers like Safari, Firefox, IE it is working.
But it is not working in google Crome.

It'll work for Chrome also. You need to enable popups. Here you go:
