Hi, I want to develop a project that monitors the activities of an employee in an organisation. Can anyone help me out for the source code of this project. I cant do it.please

Not only can you NOT do it, you can't even ask a proper question. I'll ask you a couple of questions instead then:
How does monitoring employee activities have anything to do with ASP.NET?
Which activities are you talking about?
What is the purpose of the monitoring?
Have you checked the legal implication of such an endeavour?

Good points.

Not a question. If you cannot do something, don't. :-)
And you are thinking about really dirty business.

What kind of a question is that? Definitely not suitable for Q&A. You obviously didn't do any research at all, just want to use other people's work? Ever heard of Google? Or tried to search here on Codeproject..? If you would have done that, you would have found many articles
actually do some work on your own? But probably you only wanted the complete project handed over on a silver plate. Not going to happen.

at last one thing 1st try to plan for your project then explore after that have some error and query........ofcourse put here......always be ready to help...

happy to help but for those that need only help not bussiness...
