Actually I have no idea about macro programs some budy tell me about its use

Please don't use capital letters only as it is considered as shouting and it won't really help you to get an answer.
And, about your question : I have no idea about what you are talking about. Please elaborate, give some example(s) and formulate a precise question that cannot be answered by a simple google search.

go to visual studio IDE,click TOOL there will macro,
else if you will open macro explore ALT+F8, and macro IDE ALT+F11
