i want to know without install /uninstall the sqlserver2008 .how can i add the features Business intelligence development studio to my sqlserver2008
plz tell me.

"install /uninstall the sqlserver2008"... with the MSI package.
"add the features Business intelligence"... you don't. You add the Business Itelligence functionality to Visual Studio.

Not possible; BI templates get installed when you install SQL Server
