How to copy the data from MS Access when sql Server comes online

Actually in a client always a problem in LAN connection i.e. Internet connection. so they cant use sql server frequntly. so i made a software with the MSAccess backend. What are the data are newly inserted in MSAccess that records are automatically copy when SQL Server comes online.

The sql server connection is connected in mumbai and client is getting access of database from our side.Because of that they having problem with sql server.

Please provide me the solution to approach.

Hope you understand my question.
