want a Fixed Div in a Modal Popup

hi,

i created a Jquery modal popup i showing data in popup window, at the end of records in next line i m showing "Create New Record", instead of that i want to display a static div when i scroll in popup i want to remain the div at the bottom of the popup. a sample will be helpful.
