How can I show popup only when I click on linkbutton inside gridview

In my page I have a tabcontainer in that in tabpanel5 I have gridview. when I am clicking on linkbutton inside gridview it is not yet showing tabcontainer.

I am submitting the page by clicking on submit button outside tabcontainer. I have another popup to show whole data of tabcontainer when I am clicking on submit button.

but If I make panel at first as visible then it is showing another popup and it is not showing tabcontainer.

can any one help me solve this?
