pane wide selection using jquery in razor

Hi,
I am pretty new to ASP.net mvc 4.0. I have 3 panes in my ui having related fields in each pane. For example id,names and addresses. When i select the id in the first pane the name of that id should be selected in the second pane and the address of the selected name should be showing in the 3rd pane. can any one please help .
