Security login problem single sign on

iam was trying to integrate my system (school managment system ) with LMS blackboard and i did it successfully but it works only for all browsers except internet explorer i check my code and everything seems fine then i found way to make this working in IE but minimize privacy option to low but the client not satisfied with this solution so please anyone can help me?
