Survey problem, permissions!

After fullfilling the survey, if they turn back and try to fullfill the surevy to not have permission.How can I do this?!

Solution 1

when next button clicked set a session variable as flag for it's valid to re write in form(aspx page)

check that session variable value in page load event and manage controls enable property using if condition
