I am looking for an example in which I can fire an event on a different process.
Now, I know in C++ I can use Win32's CreateEvent, that's fairly simple.

But is there a way to listen to that event in C#?

That means I have to create a thread myself and tell it to wait for the signal.
(and put it in an endless loop so that I can get later signals...)

Is there a way to get "normal" event behavior, i.e. to get a call to a specified event handler
