SoundFingerprinting Duplicates Detector problem

i have to search a specific voice from a meeting i have the sample of that voice.
I modified SoundFingerprinting.DuplicatesDetector but it is not working properly
any suggestion for this problem is there any other Technic/software in c#.
i also using FFT.........
