Need to create the self-extracting package using iexpress

I need to make a folder as package .
I am having one bat file, and one exe will be there inside the folder.
I need to execute the bat after extraction.

but i need to do it in dynamically.(Package creation using iexpress should be in any cmd line or script based. )


how to do this.???
