I have downloaded the mamecached 1.4.5 from http://blog.elijaa.org/index.php?post/2010/08/25/Memcached-1.4.5-for-Windows&similar".While i am configuring in the windows 7 its showing one error like "Failed to ignore SIGHUP: Result too large" and Failed to ignore SIGHUP: No error

Which part of "you need to ask the makers of the library you are using" is that you fail to understand? Reposting this same "question" over and over is not going to get you any different answers.
