Deleting Specific file from Recylce Bin

Hi !

Is there anyway to delete specific file from recycle bin using c# ,
it is understood that we can empty whole recycle bin using c# code but i want to delete specific file

@Syed Asif thanks for your kind help , but i want to delete a specific file from recycle bin , not to empty whole recycle bin .
or is there any way we can delete the file from system using c# (like we delete Shift+Del button so that it can be removed solely from the system)
