since i am new to this wcf and web api field.....i tried to develop an web api in visual studio 2012 ultimate.......using asp.net web form......but i dont know the coding part..pls help me

yes its my evaluation task for a company...based on the coding and creativity part, the company will decide to keep me or to sack me.....so pls help me.....i am new to this field of .net dealing with WCF and Web APIs

What do you need help with? If the answer is everything then I would suggest you find some tutorials because "Quick" answers is not the right forum for doing everything for you.

i am just a college fresher.....and i got into this company in 1st interview.....and they offered me this task.....and i dont even have the required training or knowledge in WCF and web apis......i only know c# and asp.net as per college terms basics......so pls help

This is going to sound rude, not meant that way but you mention "atleast some hint in the coding part will do sir....". Do you even know how to program?

If you don't even know the basics then trying to explain to you WCF is going to make your head explode.

actually i did codings for asp.net websites, c# console applications and windows form applications. I never created web apis in my life sir or even an wcf application sir
