provide some example like where you saw this kind of buttons..
coz without seeing it's difficult to know exactly how you are looking for...

i didnt saw that any where!!!
i need a slider in which number of images slides also with that, 2 button slides with like dislikes ...

Well, than make it. Try at least. Do you expect us to do it for you? It is a complex task involving client and server side. But I suppose several existing slider galleries can be extended with such a voting functionality.
