Just a note "import Webcam" is not a right term. First, you need to have something to import, and that can be some assembly, but not "Webcam".

Honestly, it's not good to answer such question again and again, as it was asked and answered too many times already. You could search at least CodeProject: http://www.codeproject.com/search.aspx?q=%28%22Web+camera%22+OR++Webcam%29+%28%22.NET%22+OR+VB.NET%29&doctypeid=1[^].
