hi there..i will like to ask if anyone have codes/program for me to study like display on the LCD or control the display throught the button or anything related to the board.. thanks so much...

Generally, microchip are pretty good at including code samples with their boards and I believe that the explorer16 is no exception. I know that microchip do offer access to their code library (and from what I can remember it was free - but I switched to ARM a long time ago). I would start with their website.
