microsoft visual stodio using MSCHART control GANTT chart

Since 1 month i am trying to creat a time base gantt chart using VB .NET 2010 and crystal report but it is impossible for me to view the time scale.
If someone could help me
For more details i will like that on the horinzontal axis we should see the different times of the day and on the vertical a number of task.
