i shrink my log file in sql server .i am getting error HYTOO error Timeout Expired.

i shrink the log file in simple recovery model it is shrink sucessfully then i change recovery model to full and save it.while accessing the tables it is very slow ,when i click on the trigger it is tell me that lock and request time out.while inserting the record am getting HYT00 error is coming.please tell me solutin .....

Error:-query timeout expired sql state is hyt00
Error:-timeout expired the timeout period elapsed prior to completion of operation or the server is not responding
Error:-This row was successfully committed to the database .however problem when attempting to retrieve the databack after the commit .because of this display data in this row is ready only
