Scrollbar problem while displaying DataRowTemplate in DataGrid in WPF

hello,
i am working on a WPF application. My WPF consists a DataGrid and a DataRowTemplate, When expending RowTemplate. Scrollbar length automatically change and restrict smooth scroll.
i am posting some picture, please take a look and suggest smthing
