Diplaying a image in SIlverlight

Hi,

I have senario in which I have to show image which is in my local system folder D:Data\Images\Faces\Picture.jpg and I have this path stored in my DataBase.
I want to get the path from DataBase and display the image in the UI.Please suggest some relevant solution.

This is very urgent please.
