HI to all... I will like to ask that got any reference such example, project, codes and so on that I can refer if I'm preparing to developing a family budget system for my final year project???

If that was you A-MaxLee that down voted my solution may I know why? The 4 sites I listed have many examples of the stuff that you are after, and in a few cases have reasonable explanations of the design behind them. As to the google bit, that suggestion was to guide you to appropriate search text that would yield the most assistance.
