RTSP link can't play on emulator and mobile device

i used videoview to play rstp link ex: youtube
It reported the error like that:

(580): Couldn't open file on client side, trying server side
(580): error (1, -2147483648)
(580): Error (1,-2147483648)
(580): Error: 1,-2147483648

Could u explain it to me and find a solution for this problem?, thanks very much
