Customer relationship management? Cause-related marketing? Courtesy reply mail?

The question makes very little sense. What do you mean "how"? By doing some engineering work. That's the only answer you can get right now.

There is a ton of code required to do this. I would recommend you purchase some existing software or perhaps get started and when you have a specific question come ask and we'll gladly help.
