Help: Decoding and Playing MKV files using libmatroska and libebml

Hi,

I have to implement a simple playing utility to play MKV container format (for which the codecs of audio and video content the container is already present on the system). While googling I find out libmatroska and libebml can do the same but unfortunately there is no relative documentation about these libraries. Also the code of core parser library is not available publicly for Haali media splitter. Can anyone help me in this regard to implement a simple and small playback utility for MKV files.
