How do I update the symbol in dwg file by C# without installing CAD?

The symbol of layer in the dwg file need to be updated by symbol file (.dwg). I want to implement by C#, but I don't want to instal CAD on my computer? Is there any free resources or other ways to make it? I have been searching all day. Thank you so much!!!Please!I am waiting!

Solution 1

The problem with DWG file format is that it's changing every few year, encrypted and not public...
The only libraries to read DWG I know of are payed ones.
