How to create table to .mdb from datatset

I have a mdb file with a related dataset in .xsd file, i want update this app adding a table to mdb file and dataset. I have this app installed in a few computers so I would like to do it in a PreInitilization method (this is mi first method for updates)

How can I create table, save to mdb?

Maybe the easiest way is with a sqlcommand but i would like to know to if is possible to save from dataset, maybe when it detects that table doesn't exist.
