how to loadlarge amount of data in SSRS report

heyy..

When execute a report showing the system.outofmemory exception thrown . while executing the query separately in sql ,It take 33 secs and contains 5 lacs rows of data.

How can I reduce the time , any idea?

Impossible to say with so little data.
Do you have all necessary indexes?
Press the green button "Improve question" on the right and add the query and the execution plan.
