how to call google hangout api from asp.net

Hello leaders can any one help me to call chat functionality from asp.net. I want to call google hangout api to communicate from one participant to another. I want to check who is online currently on hangout & want to talk with them. So how to call api from asp.net.

I have code.google.com/p/google-plus-hangout-samples/source/browse/… this XML which sends message but not getting how to use this xml in my ASP.net to send message

off course you can do this , just try this link it's may be help you, i am not making this type of application but as per your request searching on Google Search Engine I find it one link, I am not sure your problem has been solved but try this

i check this link but it is just giving us one button on our web site & through that we can go to hangout. but actually i want to pass my user name & pass through apis to hangout & develop an app in VS2012 C# so that i can show an chat window in my website page not on google hangout. i just want to user their channel to pass my chat data to other participant in my friend list. when i will send message to other friend in my friend list it should go to their hangout app.
