First of all, nobody is just going to hand over their code to you.

Next, you're requirement doesn't make any sense. If RemoteDesktop is already trying to connect, you're code isn't going to do anything at all, unless you're writing your own RemoteDesktop client...

Now, if you are already logged into the server machine, you're not going to get a second interactive sessions. You should be getting your already existing logon session.

i log in windows server 2003 by useing vnc ,, then sometime vnc does not work so i use RemoteDesktop . when i use RemoteDesktop windows server 2003 will create a new session beside the old one that use vnc ... and sometime if i use RemoteDesktop twice from tow different PC machine and forget to make disconnect for one of them, it will create to a session for every one of them .
....
so I need that code to help me to make sound alarm or send a massage to specified PC machine .
I hope that i make it clear to you .
