How to fetch login data from server using xml ?

Hello, I have crate a code for user login in window form application. I want to fetch data from server which is not belongs to sqlserver or mysql. There is a method to fetch data from server through XML and JSON. I want the code for how I fetch data and how make connection ?

Do you mean you want to read xml file and check for the login details.if so where will be the xml file located will that be located in your bin folder ?
