Hide header row in SSRS Subreport

I have a subreport in SSRS. I want to hide the subreport header row when there is no data for the parent row.

For example.

If my main report is countries and I have employees by country as a subreport. If I have no employees for a country, I don't want the the header row of the subreport to display.

How do I hide this?
