Cannot Change Password

Hi:

I have been trying to change my password for some time now and cannot. I enter my email electronics@xxx.xxx.xx and fill in the security phrase and the website says that it sent my password change request but it cannot tell if cookies are enabled (which they are as I am running IE 11 and I set it to allow cookies).

I keep checking my inbox hoping to be able to reset my password but it never arrives.
Can you help me with this please?

If you are talking about this website, you need to do 2 things.
First Edit your posting and remove your email address (unless you like SPAM then just leave it).
Second You need to post in http://www.codeproject.com/suggestions.aspx so that the site admins will see it. They do not hang out here in the slums.
