Is there a way to fix "microsoft-windows-immersive-shell cannot be found" Error in WIndows 8.1?

Hi All,

I am running Windows 8.1, Whenever I Launch an App. It Flashes and disappears.
I check the Event Logs. I found the Following Error Code.

"microsoft-windows-immersive-shell cannot be found"

Is there a way to fix this. any post will be appreciated.
