SMS sending Program through GSM, HSDPA modem. but modem must auto discover

I need to create a program which can send SMS using GSM, HSDPA modem. I have tried sevel programs posted on CodeProject but nothing was sucessfull.
Other Problem was I have detect modem manually by adding comport numbers. but no modem detected by those programs.

I need a program which can automatically detect & connect GSM modem without user interaction.

I Know only VB.NET as I'm a newbie to the Programming world.
Please post only vb.net codes.

PLEASE HELP.

No one here is going to write your code for you. You need to look at the documentation for the SerialPort class and attempt to write the code yourself.
