Problem while installing sp1 on visual studio 2008

i am having vs2008 allready install on my machine. and i want to install sp1 for vs2008 which is necesssary to install for silverligth toolkit.But when i run VS90sp1-KB945140-ENU.exe the log file error is displayed because of which i could not able to install sp1 fro0 vs2008

can anybody help me to sort out the problem or tell me the correct process to install it.:confused:
