how to host asp.net website with dynamic ip

hello friends

i had hosted my site in iis on 192.168.1.178 with 80 port. i access my site on all network amchines it was working correctly. but today i tried to access this ip to access my website i was issued following error message.
could not access 192.168.1.178
for that i found my server ip had been changed by router.the current ip is 192.168.1.179. i wanted my website to work on dynamic ip. how to host my website in iis on dynamic ip?
plz help

Use machine name...

i used machine name but it thows me an error as follows

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_filter.dll" failed

Please check is your app pool is set to .net version 4.0 integrated.

yes sir i checked and it is correct. but i want application to be hosted on dynamic ip provided by router to server machine. plz help
