Error as below
I can't view the designer form:

When debuging InitializeComponent() line show below Exception.

I would hazard a guess that you are using some COM component which is not registered. Is it throwing an exception at a specific line in InitialiseCompnonent or is InitialiseComponent not being entered at all ?
