How to change the bullet style while saving to database

I changed the telerik radeditor bullet style using cssfile property. It works fine at the Application level. But when I save these changes to the database(SQL Server) it saves with the default bullets in telerik(ie. the content doesnt change.)

Is there a way to change the bullet while saving to database as these values goes to a word based report.

Appreciate a Quick Reply as the requirement is Urgent.
