How Do I Add Jobs Of Remote Database Without Sqlagent Login Roles

How do i add jobs of remote database without sqlagent login roles, currently i have sa password of the server and created SSIS packages using sa user, but same package dont run in SQL Server Job, how do i get around this.
i heard something called proxies in MS SQL server will do this!. looks difficult
(currently achieving this with windows task manager and SSIS batch files)

given is:
Server Sa User password is available
SSIS Package runs smoothly if manually executed.
Limited rights with windows authetication.
SQL server Agent available at client machine.
local DB Jobs runs Smoothly.
